Legal & privacy

Privacy policy.

How we handle personal information shared through this website and security coverage inquiries.

Energetic Security Ltd. ("Energetic Security", "we", "us", or "our") respects personal information entrusted to us. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information connected with this website.

01

Scope and accountability

This policy applies to personal information collected through this website, including when you contact us, request coverage, call us from the site, or otherwise send us an enquiry. It does not replace the terms of a separate service agreement, employment relationship, or client-specific privacy notice.

We are responsible for the personal information in our control and aim to handle it in accordance with applicable privacy law in British Columbia and Canada.

02

Information we collect

When you submit a website enquiry, we may collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, requested service, and message. Your message may include details about a location, schedule, or security requirement.

If you choose to allow optional analytics cookies, we may also receive limited technical and usage information about how the site is used. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information or emergency details through the form.

To help protect the contact form from abuse, we also process the IP address associated with a form request to apply a rate limit.

03

How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • respond to enquiries and discuss potential coverage requirements;
  • operate, maintain, and protect this website and its contact channels, including abuse prevention;
  • understand website performance when optional analytics are enabled; and
  • meet legal, regulatory, and record-keeping requirements where applicable.

We use information only for the purposes described here or for another purpose that is permitted or required by law.

04

Consent and cookies

By voluntarily sending an enquiry, you provide information for us to review and respond to that request. Where consent is required, we will seek it in a meaningful form and you may withdraw it, subject to legal or contractual limits.

We use necessary cookies to support essential website functions. Optional analytics cookies are used only when you make an affirmative choice through the cookie notice. You can update your website choice below or manage cookies through your browser settings.

If optional analytics are configured and you select “Got it,” Google Tag Manager and/or Google Analytics may receive limited technical and usage information. Their scripts do not load before that choice.

05

When information may be shared

We may disclose personal information to service providers that help us host and operate the website, deliver website enquiries, or measure site performance when optional analytics are enabled. We may also disclose information where required or permitted by law, to protect the rights or safety of people or property, or in connection with a business transaction where allowed by law.

When you submit an enquiry, our server sends your contact details, requested service, message, a generated submission identifier, and submission time to our n8n workflow so that we can receive and respond to the request.

Some service providers may process information outside British Columbia or Canada. In those cases, information may be subject to the laws of the place where it is processed.

06

Safeguards and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards that are appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the identified purposes and meet applicable legal or business requirements. When it is no longer needed, we will delete, destroy, or de-identify it where appropriate and feasible.

07

Access, correction, and questions

Energetic Security Ltd.'s privacy contact is responsible for receiving privacy questions and complaints. Subject to applicable law, you may request access to or correction of personal information we hold about you, ask questions about our privacy practices, or withdraw consent for a non-essential use. To make a request, contact us at Energeticsecure@gmail.com.

Please include enough detail for us to understand and verify your request. We may need to confirm your identity before providing access or making a change.

If you are not satisfied with how we address a privacy concern, you may also contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.
